  Don't suggest that anybody works here Frito-Lay & there Parent Company PepsiCo works there guys 60-80 hours a week with no over-time pay!! They call it Varied Rate OT or Addl Sales OT .5 which means the more hours you work over 40 the less you are worth over 40 hours. Like work 70 hours a week & guess what that extra 30 hours is only worth $5 a hour? doesn't seem fair does it? Some guys also refer to it as Chinese Over-Time!! Bottom line is if you care about your life outside of work & value family time this is not the place to be!! Lastly don't you dare work over 14 hours either or not get 10 hours of rest between shifts or another double wamme, write up time!! I wonder what the EEOC or IL Dept of Labor board & human rights thinks about this? I heard from a little bird that they are even being sued by someone over this exact thing.
