  I waited all day for a package to be delivered. They said they had made an attempt and no one answered the door. There is no way I would have missed the doorbell or even a knock, I do not believe an attempt was made. The Driver did not even leave a tag at the door to say there was an attempt. I called customer service and they did nothing other than to say another attempt will be made the following day. I think it is just the Carol Stream location, I have not had a problem like this with FedEx before.

  The only worthwhile carrier is UPS. I had FEDEX package scheduled for delivery to a business with the business name (a large global company) in the shipping details, but I forgot to add the suite number. They don't figure out this small detail until the very morning of the delivery, so instead of them just looking for the sign on the door with the business name on it or just a quick phonecall to me, I now have to go pick it up. UPS would have figured it out. Probably very easily too seeing as how UPS seems to gets the most of the US shipping business, and rightfully so.

  Driver never tried to take my packaged to my address and just wrote it off as a bad address, then after I contacted fedex to make sure they knew the address was correct, the driver did not even try to make a 2nd attempt. I ended up have to drive down to the facility to pick up my package. (It was not a short drive)
