  When renting my car for a ski trip, I pick up the van at 5:45 and was somewhat taken back by how dirty the van was. It was dark and the van was covered with dirt, salt and grime from the last rental. I expressed my concerns and it seemed to be taken somewhat lightly. I then got in and drove a way and notice it was on empty. I called and spoke to a manager and he expressed concern and said we would take care of it upon my return. Please realize on packing to leave in just an hour or so so this was very upsetting.
  
  Upon my return I had to remind him of my experience and he remembered. He ask what he could do to make my experience better. He reduced my charges and made sure he had a clear understanding of what went wrong so this would not happen again. I will for sure use this rental location again. Thank you to Matt the Manager...
